Data originated from the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development publically-available data in aggregate. Data has been arranged as: frequencies of hospitalizations by cause, observed rates of cause-specific hospitalizations by county, and risk-adjusted cause-specific rates by county. Available data includes the calendar years 2005 through the third quarter of 2015.
